Rebecca Nassi, JD, MA
Vice President
I empower executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving service professionals to overcome their obstacles and create positive change.
Every engagement starts with three critical questions, which you can also start to think about on your own:
- Where do you want to be at the end of our coaching engagement
- What is the importance behind the goal(s) that means you simply must achieve it now?
- What are the fears that are holding you back from pursuing or achieving these goals?
Once they’ve clarified their views and the circumstances around it, our work begins. In these questions, we also unpack the client’s motivations and further the fears that can inhibit progress. My goal is to ensure that each person can advance their careers according to the aspirations they want to achieve, not the negative circumstances they’ve been trying to avoid.
My expertise in coaching draws on my own experiences as an entrepreneur, service provider, and former practicing attorney, but my work is further grounded by my Master’s in Psychology, coaching certification, as well as my research in wellness and neuroscience.
In addition to my private coaching practice, I am Co-founder and Senior Advisor at Ackert Inc., the company behind market-leading business development software PipelinePlus®.
Beyond my paid work, I am incredibly passionate about positively impacting my community and non-profits. I contribute my expertise to make a difference in the Los Angeles area. I have also worked with war-torn youth in Northern Uganda – chronicled in the award-winning documentary feature film, “After Kony: Staging Hope,” available on Amazon Prime.
When I’m not working with clients or researching the latest trends in neuroscience, I whip up a matcha latte and unplug over a good book (fantasy and magic realism are my favorite genres in literature) or TV show (mostly BBC period and crime dramas). Send me your recommendations! I also enjoy meditation and long hikes by the ocean. Oh, and I’m an enthusiastic dog-lover!
